Season Two[]

In Head Games,

In The Monster of the Week is Patriarchy,

In To Witch Hell and Back,

In I Put a Spell On You, Patience and Manfred sit at the Cartoon Saloon having a drink together. They sit together and Patience tells him how much she needed a night out and how refreshing it is to be around someone who is interested in what she has to say. He quickly asks her if she wants to talk about it and she explains that while she loves what her husband, Kai, does for a living, she feels that he's gone all the time on trips with young, impressionable girls like Lyric and Sequoia. She explains that she just wonders what they're doing while they're away working. Ending the conversation, she says that no relationship is perfect, and she and Manfred toast to the sentiment and each take a shot. To change the subject, she asks him if he wants to talk about Creek, and he explains that there's nothing to talk about. He says that Midnight just wasn't the place for her and Patience asks him if it's the place for him, to which he replies that Midnight is where a lot of people like him make home. She says that they're all lucky to have him, and before he can reply his phone begins to ring and he gets a call from Lemuel. Patience and Manfred go straight to the church and join up with the rest of the group, and Patience is visibly unsettled to see the sight of a dead woman on the floor, asking what happened before apologizing for crashing their get-together, saying that she thought she may be able to help them. As the group examines the scene, she briefly interjects with comments and questions a few times but doesn't interfere much.

While exploring the truck that Mary's mother arrive in, Manfred asks Patience if she has a crow bar while she rifle's through the woman's glove box, and she replies that she might have one in the storage room at the hotel before stating that there's nothing inside the glove box. Manfred quickly blurts out that it's because it isn't her truck that they aren't finding anything about her, telling Patience that the Ignition was hot-wired and that she probably stole it in order to escape from her captor. She responds that a desperate woman will do desperate things while Manfred pulls a photo from behind the driver's seat, unfolding it to discover that it's a photo of Mary's mother with an older man. He hands it to Patience with a curious look on his face, asking if she things it's possible that he may be her father. Patience asks herself, who was this poor girl running from?

Manfred and Patience quickly find themselves breaking into the a metal box on the back of a truck in an unknown place, and Patience pokes fun at him for being so good at it. He quickly informs her that it's the result of his misspent youth. As he levers open the box, Patience questions what's inside, asking what the pieces of metal are. Manfred states that they're shock collars, and that he's pretty sure they're not for pets. Patience tells him that that's not her kinda party, before two men round the corner out of a door. Manfred quickly jumps out of the trunk, pulling patience to hide behind it just as one of the men says that he was sure someone would have been in there. The men walk around the car as they edge under it, hiding beneath the truck. One man says that he's sure Mary's mom already had the baby, and the other replies that they have to hurry up and find the kid. Manfred whispers to Patience that they have to warn Olivia.

Manfred and Patience find Mary at the church at the same time Olivia does and they stand behind her as Mary runs into her arms, apologizing and saying she doesn't know what happened to her. Patience steps forward as Joe joins them from inside, and she hands Mary a sweater to wrap around her shoulders. As Olivia and Mary leave, Joe tells Patience and Manfred that he had no luck contacting Rev. Sheehan, and Manfred questions how Mary could have turned when it isn't a full moon, as the Rev couldn't do that. Joe says that it's because of puberty, because when a were-child is in development their cycles are all out of whack, just like how humans are during puberty. Manfred jokes that he thought junior high sucked for him. Patience says that it must have been scary for Mary to turn out of the blue like that. The Davy police quickly show up at the scene, and Manfred says that they have some explaining to do before the group turn to the sheriff. She explains that some hotel guests heard all the commotion and called 911. Joe admonishes that what happened to the two men was just awful, and the Sheriff repeats the question of whether or not anyone saw anything, and satisfied with the three's answer, she leaves. She says that there must be some vicious animals in Midnight for attacks like this would be happening. Manfred has a brief interaction with a Gypsy ghost, and Patience asks if he's talking to someone, but he explains that it's just another ghost who just got away in the Coroner's car.

Patience appears dressed in short-shorts and a small t-shirt with her hair styled and heavy black eye liner around her eyes. She rushes into the police station, asking the man at the front desk if someone could possibly come help her with her car. The man replies that he isn't allowed to leave his desk, and she asks if he's sure he couldn't just come out and give her a jump, flirting aggressively with him. She says that her battery is deader than road kill, swaying her hips. He tells her that he'd love to jump her, but it's against state regulation to leave the desk. She complains that if she misses court again they're going take custody of her twin children and that Jayden and Brayden need their Mama. Finally he relents, following her out the door to her car, grinning as she holds onto his hand.

In Drown the Sadness in Chardonnay,

In No More Mr. Nice Kai, Patience appears with Manfred, begging him to tell her what he's worrying about. He says that he knows Kai is stocking supernatural powers, and that he'd seen them himself. She says that no, he locks them away for safe-keeping, comparing the energy to toxic waste and saying that it's dangerous and he has to keep it, he can't throw it away. Manfred sits beside her on the couch, asking her if she knows for sure that this is true or if it's possible Kai is playing her. She insists that she's been sleeping next to the man for 12 years and he isn't capable of playing her. Manfred explains that Lyric told her she killed Sequoia to protect Kai, and that all of the visions Sequoia had shown him pointed to Kai using the vials for bad. Patience insists that she knows Kai well and that he would never ever put anyone in danger and tells Manfred that he has to trust her. The two share a kiss, which is quickly interrupted when Creek comes barging into the house. Though caught off guard and startled, Patience quickly leaves, telling them that she'll let the two catch up before leaving.
